The Studio
At CBA we deal with architectural design and the passion for design and the curiosity for innovations are the great vital engines of the studio.
We work on industrial buildings, offices, shops, private homes and hotels. As in the Milanese tradition, the cornerstone lies in the design method, which is adapted from time to time to the specific sector of intervention.
We have operated not only in Italy, but also in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Monaco, the Balkans, Africa and Asia.
We have worked for Caterpillar/CGT/Teknoxgroup in various European countries and for Feltrinell / Ricordi mediastores, Lancôme and Rusconi.
In Italy we have reached various regions for the design and direction of the construction of various villas and
farmhouses as well as numerous apartments.
We pay particular attention to the architectural project in its entirety therefore, in order to have a good quality of project integration and a good executive result, we take care of systems and structures within the Studio.
We also produce preliminary and feasibility studies, surveys, specifications and bills of quantities, safety coordination, construction management, land registry practices, authorization practices from various entities, landscape reports, estimates and appraisals, at an international level.
The design philosophy of the studio is always to intervene with creations aimed at criteria of maximum integration into the urban environment and/or into the natural landscape, with the aim of obtaining that the observer of the finished building has the feeling that it is always been there and to optimize the business plan in relation to the use of innovative materials also in relation to energy saving.
Our projects and creations have been exhibited in various museums including Triennale Museo del Design, Museo della Permanente, Museu de Arte Brasileira and we have received various awards including the Reddot Design Award.
In 2003, Carlo Bellini was appointed by the Milan Polytechnic for a chair in design.
We are part of the Partner 24 Ore network, the Sole 24 Ore platform that brings together high-profile qualified professionals.
