The assignment received from Agind Swissital and DCA Italia includes the executive project of the NebitciHotel in Ashgabat, including site supervision. The hotel, built on an area of about 4,500 square meters, is located in Archabil shayoly Street, an area adjacent to the business and commercial center and the museum area.
It is a 5-star hotel, spread over two floors, specially designed to host clients and important authorities as a State Guesthouse, such as visiting Presidents of foreign countries and representatives of foreign missions in Turkmenistan.
Nebitci Hotel, which has a closed area of 4,500 sqm, is being completed in two phases in record time (5 months) and built in the boutique hotel region in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
The hotel has 12 standard rooms, 4 suites and 1 royal duplex suite. It features two swimming pools, one indoor and the other outdoor, poolside bar, tennis court, sauna/Turkish bath, fitness center, meeting and conference room, restaurant with an inside area reserved for important personality.
