The renovation concerns an apartment located in a context of nineteenth-century buildings along the circle of Spanish-era bastions in Milan.
The project has redesigned the internal distribution of the premises to make it more suitable for today needs but at the same time has paid particular attention to conservation and/or restoration of the most characteristic typological and distributive settings of the original system, such as e.g example the row of rooms and related passageways on the south side.

Particular attention was also paid to the re-proposition of the design of the windows while the insertion of new elements, where it proved necessary, has always taken place with attention to congruence with the character of the building: a similar path also characterized the choice of colours.
The plant engineering projects have favored energy savings and efficiency through the use of a hybrid system with heat pump, combining renewable and traditional energy sources.
